Role Definition:
The Sales & Business Development Manager is the primary business contact for RISCO Group and its customers within the assigned territory (Australia). This role focuses on developing business opportunities, maximizing revenue and profit, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction for both new and existing customers. The manager will oversee the full sales cycle, including account management, pre-sales, and post-sales activities.
Responsibilities:
•Develop, submit for approval, and execute a business plan for the assigned territory.
•Represent the global group strategy while executing the local execution strategy.
•Conduct all relevant commercial and technical activities necessary to drive sales of RISCO's products and ensure optimal market presence and penetration.
•identify and develop new business opportunities within both new and existing accounts.
•Manage the sales process, including negotiations and close business transactions.
•Actively promote and sell RISCO’s products within the designated territory.
•Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry and assigned territory.
•Respond to RFI/RFPs and handle product demonstrations tailored to prospects.
•Drive consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues (products and services) by developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
•Provide support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
•Strong business acumen with a proven track record of closing deals.
•Ability to work independently, with discipline and efficiency under remote management.
•Technical knowledge and experience in selling technical systems and products.
•experience in the security industry, particularly in electronic security systems, including intrusion, CCTV, access control, and building automation - Advantage
•established network and experience working with a variety of channels, such as distributors, installers, integrators, and monitoring stations.
Proven track record of working with large corporations and developing diverse sales channels.
•Experience in marketing, sales, and business development.
•Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills.
•Willingness and ability to work hands-on and manage a growing team.
•Academic educational studies.
•Advanced business-level proficiency in English
•Ability to travel extensively.
