Corporate website http://www.tsptalent.com/ General Responsibilities Our graphic designer will support creative projects for our partners, focused on developing an attractive employer brand through designing talent campaigns, providing design for careers sites, and more. More Responsibilities for the Job Title:
- Design & Branding: Develop visually compelling graphics, layouts, and designs for digital and print media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Content Creation: Create engaging assets for websites, social media, presentations, marketing campaigns, and product packaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet business objectives.
- User Experience (UX/UI): Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms, considering user experience best practices.
- Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh design perspectives and innovative ideas to the table.
- Revisions & Feedback: Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders, making revisions while maintaining creative integrity.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- File Preparation: Prepare and optimize design files for various formats, including print production, web, and digital platforms.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company’s visual identity fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
- Ample experience in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals
- Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- A collaborative mindset—able to take feedback and iterate quickly
- An understanding of UX/UI principles and digital design trends
