Virtual Assistant – Research & Lead Sourcing (Part-Time, Remote)

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Virtual Assistant to help with lead research and CRM organization as we source off-market businesses for acquisition. This is not a basic admin role — it’s a strategic support role with daily impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Research business owners and small businesses that match our acquisition criteria
• Track signs of founder burnout, motivation to sell, and operational fit
• Add and organize leads inside GoHighLevel CRM
• Find and verify owner names, social media links, business info, etc.
• Assist with light CRM updates and lead tracking
• Identify potential warm intro paths via social media

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Love business, research, and learning new industries
• Have strong attention to detail and initiative
• Have experience organizing data in CRMs or spreadsheets
• Write and communicate clearly in English
• Are comfortable working independently (with guidance when needed)
• Are consistent, curious, and reliable

Hours & Pay:

• Part-time: ~15 hours/week
• Remote & flexible schedule (M–F preferred)
• Starting rate: $10/hour (paid weekly via your preferred method)
