We are seeking a Marketing & Customer Support Assistant to play a critical role in supporting our growing team across marketing, customer success, and community engagement. The Role

Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships, you’ll wear multiple hats, balancing responsibilities across marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, customer support, and client onboarding. No two days will be the same! As part of a dynamic and supportive commercial team, you’ll contribute to meaningful initiatives that make a real difference to our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Manage our helpdesk and inbox, support client onboarding, and oversee our growing online community groups. You’ll also monitor user survey responses and app store reviews to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Marketing Support: Craft content for social media, newsletters, and blogs, produce case studies, and help organize events and webinars. You’ll use tools like HubSpot and Canva to maintain our CRM and produce eye-catching marketing assets.
• Client Management: Assist with weekly reports, prepare meeting agendas, and log notes and actions to keep our client relationships running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative and collaborative mindset, ready to jump in and contribute across multiple areas.
• Excellent written communication skills – you enjoy crafting engaging, clear, and impactful copy.
• A self-starter who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience in customer service, marketing, or administrative roles (1+ year preferred).
• Proficiency in tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs and design platforms such as Canva.
