- Canva use (basic photo replacement in pre-designed templates).
- Light marketing copywriting (following explicit guidelines).
- Report writing (once confident).
- Data entry into Google Sheets.
- Virtual staging of property photos and uploading images to Google Drive.
- Writing market copy for properties and uploading to Google Drive.
- Updating Canva templates with new property photos, exporting PDFs for letterbox drops and open home brochures, and uploading to Google Drive.
- Converting provided videos into 1-minute clips and uploading to Google Drive.
- Posted letter writing (using provided templates and details)
Must Haves
- Attention to detail (typos should not happen)
- Access to strong internet connection
- Adaptable and willing to learn quickly
- Able to act promptly and proactively
- Experience with Canva and other google tools
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to follow structured processes for copywriting and report writing
- Real estate experience
- Open to training for specific workflow processes
