The Role The Marketing Coordinator will provide critical support across the marketing team, handling execution-heavy tasks and ensuring the team operates efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who loves diving into the details, keeping projects moving, and learning new skills along the way. Responsibilities: No two days will be the same, but you'll generally:
- Keep our website up-to-date: Update webpages, optimize images, and implement SEO-informed site edits.
- Create content & assets: Create graphics, QR codes, and event materials; maintain and organize image assets in Cloudinary.
- Build emails & landing pages: Build and schedule newsletters, optimize email campaigns, and create landing pages.
- Provide event & campaign support: Assist with event prep, send NPS gift cards, and handle ad submissions to publications.
- Enhance sales enablement: Develop a content library for Sales, assist with SalesLoft cadences, and conduct content audits.
- Support data & reporting: Build audiences, manage dashboards, and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Execute research & optimization projects: Conduct research for solutions, audit marketing channels, and support ongoing improvements.
Qualifications And Skills
- 0-3 years of experience in a marketing role with an emphasis on execution and support.
- Proficiency in tools like WordPress, Canva, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign).
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, site optimization, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable learning and using tools such as Cloudinary, SalesForce, Builder.io, SalesLoft, and Google Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Graphic Design, Media Studies, Advertising, English, Journalism, or Sociology preferred.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives on supporting a team to achieve shared goals.
What We Offer You: Compensation and Benefits
- The salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
- This is a full-time, non-exempt position

Travel Required WorkBright is a 100% remote company; however, 5% travel may be required for various in-person meetings ranging from team meetings to staff functions.
