Sales Development Representative (€45k OTE)

Role: Sales Development Representative

Salary: €32-35k base + €10k OTE

Location: Remote - Ireland

The business provides high-end Wifi and Communications technology with a core focus on the hospitality space and serviced accommodation spaces some of its core clients include leading hotel chains across the UK and Ireland.

Who are you? Ideally, someone who has come from a hospitality background or sold into hospitality and understands the market and the regular pain points for people in this space.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Sales to identify key target clients across Ireland
• Exclusively focus on driving new business through multiple channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals and attending industry events
• Pipeline generation from identifying, prospecting, demoing and supporting the head of sales closing new business
• Consistently feedback product insights from your conversations with potential users and customers
• Develop deep relationships with key decision-makers like Hotel Managers, CIOs, CTOs and IT Managers

Required:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales/recruitment
• A background in hospitality or selling to hospitality is preferred but not a deal breaker
• Ability to work remotely, autonomously and ability to take the initiative
• Very focused on personal development and a hunger to learn
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and maintain a professional mannerism
