Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our software projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing software projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and deliverables.

- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, sprints, and milestones.

- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing software projects.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

- Australian-based, with the ability to work remotely or on-site as needed.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP).

- Experience in working within a tech-focused company, particularly in AI, blockchain, or image analytics domains.

- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
