As an Sales Executive - Agri Commodities, you will be responsible for: Managing and driving international sales activities within the company while reporting to a Senior Commercial Executive in the team. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling buyer's inquiries, and continuously meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, buyers, partnerships, products, and services
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and buyers relationships
- Handle buyer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Ensure the delivery of our products in accordance with buyer timelines
- Reach out to buyer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven international commodity sales experience
- Thorough knowledge of pulses, nuts, grains, spices, dried fruits, oilseeds, animal feed, sugar, starch, coffee, animal proteins, marine proteins
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with buyers
- Advanced level of oral and written communication in English is mandatory to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region
