• Respond to customer inquiries via chat: provide product information, address service-related issues, and handle general queries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless customer service is provided.
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Gather and report customer feedback to help enhance our products and services.
• Stay updated about our current and new products to ensure accurate delivery of service information.
