As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall marketing efforts of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
  • Write and proofread marketing content, such as blog posts, email newsletters, and social media posts
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Manage and update the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers
  • Support the organization and coordination of events, such as tradeshows, conferences, and webinars
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Results-driven mindset and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas
