RequirementsResponsibilities

  • Development of the client base, which includes finding and connecting new clients, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Sale of advertising services, which includes the sale of all products and services of the agency, its main and related services
  • Preparation and presentation to clients of individual commercial offers based on their needs and goals
  • Negotiations and conclusion of contracts: Negotiations with clients, agreement on terms of cooperation, preparation and signing of contracts
  • Project coordination: Interaction with the internal departments of the agency (creative, media planning, production, etc.) to ensure the fulfillment of obligations to the client on time and at a high level
  • Sales planning and forecasting: Development of plans to increase sales volume, revenue forecasting and budgeting
  • Participation in marketing events: Organization and participation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars and other events to attract new clients and increase the visibility of the agency
  • Preparation of reports on the results of meetings and planning
  • Market analysis: Research of the market, competitive environment and target audience to identify new opportunities and trends
  • In the future, training and development of personnel (If necessary, training and mentoring of junior employees of the sales department.)

Candidate Requirements

  • -2+ years of sales experience, with a proven ability to close deals and manage sales forecasting and pipelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian or Russian
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, particularly within the digital marketing industry
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and agency-specific business models
  • Experience in client relationship management, from initial contact to deal closure, focusing on delivering tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management, ensuring favorable outcomes
  • Analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer data, and campaign performance, guiding sales strategies
  • Project management expertise, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely service delivery
