Job Overview
The Junior Account Manager will support the Interactive Account Management team in managing and growing key client relationships within AGS’s Interactive Division. This entry-level role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional eager to develop expertise in account management, client services, and the interactive gaming industry.
Reporting to the Director of Interactive Sales, the Junior Account Manager will assist in executing account strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and providing exceptional support to AGS clients. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of game launches, data analysis, reporting, and partner engagement. Responsibilities
- Client Support & Account Management: Assist in managing day-to-day client interactions, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Campaign & Performance Optimization: Track game performance, analyze data trends, and provide insights that support optimizations to maximize ROI for clients.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Assist in compiling client performance reports, providing insights on engagement trends, revenue impact, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, compliance, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of AGS services to clients.
- Presentation & Deck Creation: Assist in the development of client-facing materials, including presentations, business reviews, and performance reports.
- Industry & Competitive Research: Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to provide insights that drive client success.
- Process Improvement: Help document and refine internal account management workflows to enhance efficiency and communication.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, marketing, or a related role (experience in the gaming industry is a plus but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and performance tracking, with a comfort level using reporting tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and an interest in learning industry-specific software.
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to take initiative and grow in the role.
- Passion for gaming, technology, or digital entertainment is a plus.
