Our client are searching for a dynamic Social Media Manager to drive the growth of their AI influencer brands and fan engagement platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, wants to report to experienced industry leaders (to learn and progress), embraces new technologies, and has a strong creative and strategic mindset for social media growth.

Essential experience required for the Social Media Manager:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the sports, gaming, or influencer space and gaining 10,000+ followers.
• Expert in content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, content and copywriting).
• Understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for engagement.

The ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and campaign execution while also overseeing project timelines and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful Social Media Manager will:

• Create, manage, and grow AI influencer social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content—including graphics, video reels, and promotional banners.
• Use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) for scheduling and performance tracking.
• Stay on top of platform trends, experiment with new content formats, and optimize based on analytics.
• Manage community engagement, responding to followers and fostering a loyal fan base.

The successful Social Media Manager will also be responsible for Campaigns, Brand Growth and some Project management. With full support from the leadership in a collaborative environment.
