Marketing Manager

Aux Talent is partnering with a leading global skincare brand to add a Professional Marketing Manager to the team. The Marketing team is quickly growing as they continue to limit their use of external agencies. You will lead and execute targeted marketing strategies on the B2B side of the business aimed at aestheticians, dermatologists, and medspas. This role will serve as a crucial liaison between the marketing department and the professional sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the professional beauty industry and have proven expertise in creating impactful marketing initiatives that drive engagement, growth and incremental revenue.

Typical duties (but are not limited to): Marketing Strategy, Content Creation, Sales & Marketing Alignment, Tradeshow Management and Market Analysis & Reporting

Requirements: 2-4+ years of B2B experience in a Marketing Manager role within the skincare, aesthetics, or medspa industry. Tradeshow management or event coordination highly desired

Schedule: REMOTE, PST or MST hours preferred, but flexible

Pay: $100,000-110,000/year + 10% bonus (paid quarterly) + comprehensive benefits
