Human Resources Advisor

Job Title: HR Advisor (FTC)Location: UK (Remote)Job Type: Full-Time, 12 month Fixed-Term ContractSalary: £40,000 - £45,000

Catalyst Partners are working with a specialist integrated marketing and customer communications firm who who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their international team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration: Handle extensive administrative tasks, with the goal of streamlining and improving our systems.
• Employee Queries: Address and resolve employee questions and concerns efficiently.
• Performance and Benefits: Manage performance issues and oversee benefits across various countries.
• International HR: Navigate HR functions within a multi-country environment, including countries in the EMEA region.
• Collective Bargaining: Operate within a collective bargaining agreement framework.

What We're Looking For:

• International Experience: Comfortable and experienced in working within an international, multi-country setting.
• HR Savvy: Extensive knowledge of HR practices and UK employment law.
• People Skills: Ability to connect and communicate effectively with individuals at different levels, including cluster managers.
• Personable: Friendly and approachable, able to get along well with a diverse range of people.
• Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently from home with strong self-discipline.
• Organised: Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks within specific timelines.
