About the Role

As a forward-thinking Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with our Creative Director to shape the future of our brand. With a collaborative, hands-on approach, this role will see you lead teams across digital, traditional marketing, social media, and creative, to drive impactful strategies. You’ll ensure alignment with business goals while mentoring a diverse team of passionate marketing and creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Drawing on your toolkit of experience, here is what you will be doing:

  • Overseeing the development and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Fostering strong relationships with other departments, including the exec leadership team, operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Staying updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies. Propose innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive growth.
  • Providing strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Developing data-driven marketing strategies that leverage in-store, digital, and event channels to engage customers and drive growth. Providing reports when needed.
  • Identifying market opportunities and trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensuring consistent and cohesive brand communication that resonates with our target audience.
  • Setting clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Identifying and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with our brand and expand our reach.

About You:

As a strong communicator with a deep understanding of marketing and customer engagement, we’ll value your ability to innovate, boost engagement, and deliver results. Your passion and proven experience in building high-performing, creative teams enable you to inspire growth and excellence through a holistic approach, while leveraging technology elevate customer experience.

Further to that, our ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a senior leadership role. Experience in the toy or education industry is advantageous, but not a must.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to team management and project oversight.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and innovative in addressing marketing challenges.
  • Effective relationship and stakeholders’ management skills, both internally and externally.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of in-store, digital, and event marketing best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing multiple teams.
