HR Implementation Coordinator

For our Client, we are looking for an HR Implementation Specialist, who will oversee an 8-month long implementation project, in cooperation with an external system provider, on 100% remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Workforce Management system and the blueprints for 4 countries
• Completing user acceptance training and other implementation-related training
• Managing User Acceptance Testing for the blueprints, identifying issues, and coordinating with EMEA HR/Payroll and the system provider to resolve them
• Supporting data integration efforts as part of the system change program for EMEA
• Developing a user training plan for EMEA
• Assisting in user training and providing user support during system roll-out and ongoing system adoption
• Acting as the primary point of contact for employees during the system roll-out, serving as a liaison between the workforce and HR Payroll EMEA

Requirements:

• Experience in implementation of HR system, especially Time & Attendance module
• Fluent English skills (B2/C1)
• Availability for a temporary project
• Understanding and knowledge regarding HR processes
