Sales Manager - Off-Grid Energy Solutions - Remote - Australia

We have partnered with a global leader in renewable energy solutions, dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses to harness clean, sustainable power.

Since its founding in 2010, the company has become an industry innovator, providing high-quality solar energy products, including user-friendly solar panels, batteries, inverters, and complete off-grid systems tailored for residential, commercial, and recreational use.

We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead their expansion across Australia.

About the Role:

As our Sales Manager, you will spearhead efforts to identify new opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and exceed sales goals. Your expertise in off-grid energy solutions will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to broaden market presence across Australia.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong connections with clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on untapped business opportunities in new regions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends to leverage emerging opportunities.
  • Sales Excellence: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven success in sales of off-grid energy products.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Location: Based in Australia, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Results-Driven: Passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and attention to detail.
