What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Process expense reports, handle invoice processing, and ensure timely submission of documents
- Compile summaries and reports to support organizational needs and track key reporting areas
- Maintain organized filing systems for efficient document management and retrieval
- Assist in planning and executing special events and meetings, ensuring logistical support
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office technology
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
