Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and staffing support, initiating and tracking requisitions.
  • Support the employe life cycle of ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Ensure accurate and current job descriptions – supporting the creation of new, maintenance, and auditing for roles within the function ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Provide front line support and consultation for employees and leaders; collaborate with HR team for execution.
  • Provide guidance on employee development to support organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate contractor roles along with setup, tracking and managing extensions.
  • Prepare employee correspondence and communications.
  • Work on special assignments as they arise.
  • Provide leave of absence support for employees (Including ADA, STD, LTD, FMLA, etc.).
  • Create and maintain reports (Headcount, tracking spreadsheets, org charts, etc.) including analyzing reports and identifying trends within the data.
  • Work with employees and managers to address root causes and resolve employee relations issues through a systematic and compliant approach. Conduct investigations on an as needed basis.
  • Provide general HRIS, Performance Management, and Benefits support.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet specific, time sensitive tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others
  • Strong project management and complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills and facilitation experience to effectively deliver a variety of HR-related training programs to groups of managers / colleagues
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (strong Excel skills preferred)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Travel Requirements

  • Typically requires travel less than 25% of the time

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

  • This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
  • Work may be performed in a clean room environment and follow the guidelines established for such an environment
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
