Job Title: Support Manager

Reporting to: Client Success manager

Location: Home based- with off-site internal and client meetings.

At Kitchen CUT, we’re a technology disruptor revolutionising the Food & Beverage industry. Our mission is to simplify the daily administrative burden for chefs, managers, and operators, giving them more time to focus on creativity, their teams, and their customers.

We’re looking for a Support Manager to join our team and lead the frontline technical support for our SaaS platform. This is a home-based role with opportunities for business-related travel. You’ll be at the heart of our customer success, resolving technical issues, managing support tickets, and collaborating with our development team to deliver game-changing solutions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in SaaS customer support management.
  • Strong technical skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and HubSpot. Preferable but not a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilities.
  • A passion for innovation and a customer-first mindset.

Desired education background:

Ø School education to A level or equivalent.

Ø Degree or similar in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field.
