Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Analyst/Executive Assistant at Konnecta. The role involves tasks related to communication with various stakeholders, reporting, customer service support, and accounting assistance on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including preparing reports and team coordination
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Work with internal/external teams including ad-hoc admin activities
- Take on the role of PMO as required and be available to manage projects within the organization
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer support or service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
- Experience with project management tools
Nice to have
- Experience with financial reporting and basic accounting principles
- Experience with analyzing data and drawing insights
