Job Opportunity: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of FP&A to join our team. In this role, you will lead financial planning and accounting consulting projects to help businesses optimize their processes and drive measurable results. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver solutions that address complex financial challenges while fostering collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities As the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Leadership: Partnering with senior stakeholders to guide financial decision-making and develop strategic initiatives that enhance business performance.
• Data-Driven Insights: Translating complex questions into actionable, data-driven analyses to enable informed decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Leading finance and accounting teams during interim leadership roles or periods of organizational change.
• Financial Modeling: Overseeing financial modeling efforts to support strategic recommendations and initiatives.
• Collaboration: Building and maintaining strong relationships with teams across client organizations to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Executive Reporting: Delivering executive-level presentations and reports that highlight key financial insights, trends, and recommendations.

Requirements To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Public Accounting.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to develop dynamic financial models and analyses.
• Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial statements and 3-statement modeling.
• Certifications: CPA or CFA designations are a plus.
• Leadership Qualities: Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to manage and mentor junior consultants.
