We’re looking for a Finance Manager with specific expertise in international accounting, particularly with Indian and Chinese accounting practices, including knowledge of e-fapiao systems. You’ll also bring expertise in carbon accounting to the table, though a deep background in ESG is not necessary. Your role will be vital in driving financial accuracy and compliance across borders, while also supporting the company’s sustainability goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the company’s financial operations are streamlined, compliant, and aligned with international standards. You’ll apply your knowledge of Indian and Chinese accounting practices, particularly in relation to e-fapiao systems, to manage and oversee cross-border financial transactions. Additionally, you’ll help track and report on our carbon footprint using carbon accounting tools, ensuring that sustainability goals are integrated into our financial strategy.

Your primary focus will be managing the financial reporting, profitability, and budgeting processes, making sure financial decisions align with the company’s operational and global objectives. You will oversee financial processes and develop strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy across our international operations.

Although a deep ESG background is not required, your experience with carbon accounting will be key to tracking and reporting our environmental impact. What We’re Looking For:

• A strong background in finance management with expertise in Indian and Chinese accounting systems, especially in handling e-fapiao and cross-border financial reporting.
• Familiarity with carbon accounting tools like Greenly, Watershed, or Sweep to track and report on the company’s environmental impact.
• Experience in managing international financial transactions and understanding global compliance standards, including European VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software (Xero, Sage, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, able to manage risks and identify opportunities for improvement in a fast-paced, international setting.
