Join this sought after global technology client for an 18-month contract as a Marketing Program Manager, this is a remote position although you will need to be based in Australia to be eligible for the opportunity.

As the demand for cloud services grows, so does the need for skilled professionals across employees, customers, partners, and future generations to ensure the adoption of cloud offerings.
To meet this need, we are looking for a talented professional with a passion for learning and strong marketing, operations, and program management experience. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude and excitement to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute skilling initiatives.
Role Overview:
This role provides direct support to the Australia & New Zealand Chief Learning Officer as part of the Worldwide Learning (WWL) Organisation. The CLO holds responsibilities for skilling across three key audiences: internal employees, customers and partners, and future generations/communities of interest.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Skilling:
- Lead and own accountability for breadth customer skilling (unmanaged accounts) as a key deliverable of the Enterprise Skilling Initiative (ESI) via global marketing scale motions and program offerings.
- Manage non-managed account intake process for provision of skilling assets, engaging directly with account teams and their customers as required.
- Joint GTM program design and execution with external stakeholders to lead Developer Skilling motion.
- Joint co-marketing planning and execution with managed 3rd party Learning Partners in partnership with the ANZ Learning Partner Manager.
- PR and case studies for skilling success stories working with ANZ and WWL Global Marketing Teams.
Employee Skilling:
- Provide marketing, communications, event, and program management support to the Employee Skills Manager.
Future Generation & Community Skilling:
- Program lead for the Learn for Educators Program in partnership with key team stakeholders (e.g., Education Skills Leads, Philanthropies/Societal Skills Leads).
- AI National Skills Initiative (AI NSI) Program execution lead for WWL deliverables as part of the broader program remit.
Marketing, Communications & Operations – Cross Program:
- Develop and execute skills marketing & communications strategy, design, and deliverables aligned to core audience programs.
- Communicate program impact and status to AN/Z stakeholders and employees (newsletter, impact reports, etc. via all aligned comms channels).
- Manage external social media and marketing.
- Build regular CLO management review presentation decks for key leadership meetings: locally and globally. Lead the rhythm of the Business (ROB) for the CLO, coordinating team and stakeholder inputs to business reviews.
- Lead and execute all external and internal facing Skills Marketing events.
- Provide CLO/Management Team activity administration: offsites, team events, team meetings, calendar support as required.
- KPI and OKR reporting & analysis for CLO. Derive analytical insights on program performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong marketing, communications, and program management experience.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work autonomously.
- Keen analytical, process, and execution skills to drive outcomes.
- Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders on program deliverables and value.
