Senior Consultant - Data Analytics

Salary: Competitive, based on experience Security Clearance: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance. Position Overview: We are seeking a fully remote Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) with at least 7 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and BI tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing ADVANA Jupiter and Databricks, along with experience in implementing data solutions that drive business insights. As an SME, you will lead the development of analytics strategies, provide expert guidance to the team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced data analytics and BI solutions to meet business needs
• Lead the implementation of ADVANA Jupiter and Databricks for data visualization, reporting, and analytics workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Mentor and guide junior team members in data analytics best practices and tools
• Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide recommendations to enhance business operations
• Develop and implement best practices for data management, quality assurance, and security
• Troubleshoot and optimize BI systems to ensure high performance and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence
• Extensive experience with ADVANA Jupiter and Databricks for advanced analytics and visualization
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and big data technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with machine learning algorithms and AI-driven insights
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
• Certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Databricks)
