I’m Alex from Adcrate. We run a lean, but fast-growing paid social creative agency and we’ve begun to establish ourselves as one of the leaders in the space. We are looking for our very first full-time HR Specialist to help out with a number of tasks around the business and our growing number of employees.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of all of the HR responsibilities in the company, grow with a business and possibly at some point, lead a team.

**What we’re looking for! 👀**

*   A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
*   1+ years of HR experience (including recruitment and onboarding in a remote setting)
*   Strong understanding of HR best practices, including employee engagement and compliance
*   Excellent communication skills to foster a positive and inclusive remote work culture
*   Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes efficiently
*   Proficiency with HR tools and software for managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee feedback
*   A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for creating a supportive work environment

**What you’ll be doing! 👨‍💻**

*   Managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the company, from posting job ads to onboarding
*   Developing and improving the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team
*   Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives by conducting regular check-ins and managing internal surveys
*   Assisting with performance management by coordinating reviews and supporting employee development plans
*   Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations, especially in a fully remote setup
*   Overseeing payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team
*   Organizing virtual team-building activities and annual retreats to foster strong team connections

*   Weekly Sync: Every Monday at 2pm GMT, we all jump on a call. The purpose of this is to keep everyone aligned by reviewing important KPIs & discuss any issues or challenges anyone is facing. Also more importantly - to catch up on how everyone’s weekend went!
*   Yearly retreat: Every year we’ll all fly to somewhere cool, reflect on the year so far, celebrate progress and play games!

**Working Hours ⌚**

This role is entirely remote. The work hours are 9am-5pm UK Time Monday-Friday.

Mac Recruit Group are delighted to be supporting a SAAS business who incorporate AI and intelligent automation to help professional services firms optimise their workforce. Their customers include accountancy firms from the Big Four and global top 10, and their product is used in more than 50 countries around the globe.

Due to new and existing partnership growth, they are looking to hire Software Engineers, working across the front end stack.

Technically they write complex, performant back end business logic in C#, whilst upgrading & writing UI components using JavaScript and Vue.js. They also work extensively with SQL / Azure Cloud & RabbitMQ.

For this role the ideal experience would be in Vue and Vanilla JavaScript, but they are open to experience across any of the modern front end frameworks such as React or Angular etc.

These roles are available remote across the UK and is paying up to £44,000. If you prefer something more office based, they have a state of the art office in the city centre of Edinburgh.
