Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this ​full-time remote role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our world-class software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for cash processing and transportation.

Your primary focus will be working closely with customers to provide training, demonstrate system functionality, and assist with any questions or issues they may have. You’ll guide them through the setup process, ensure they understand how to effectively use our software, and help optimize their business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive on solving complex challenges and enjoy delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients, providing training on system features and functionality
  • Demonstrate how to maximize the use of our SaaS solution for cash processing and transportation
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Continuously ensure client satisfaction by offering proactive support and guidance
  • Assist with testing of new features and other changes to the software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and contribute to product development insights

Qualifications

  • Experience in cash processing or cash-in-transit industries is an asset
  • Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish is an asset)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
