What You Will Do:

In this role, you will be essential in delivering strategic business partnerships across the EMEA region. You will develop and implement people-focused solutions to meet critical business needs. By working closely with HR colleagues, department leaders, and employees, you will enhance organizational effectiveness, manage employee relations, foster engagement, oversee performance management, and lead diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a reliable advisor, coach, and business partner to leaders and their teams, delivering thoughtful solutions to complex issues.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate and analyze HR data to identify people-related challenges within business units and proactively find systemic solutions.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Implement tactics to enhance overall organizational effectiveness by leveraging an in-depth understanding of company culture and business operations.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Seek opportunities to align or create programs, processes, and initiatives that reflect our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct workplace investigations as necessary.
  • People Development: Support department leaders in their people development efforts, including crafting and delivering effective feedback, new hire onboarding, and performance appraisals.
  • Employee Engagement: Utilize various feedback channels to monitor the "pulse" of employees and ensure a high level of engagement.
  • Confidentiality: Protect confidential and sensitive information, operating with autonomy and discretion.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required.

You Are a Strong Fit for This Role If You Have:

  • Experience working across EMEA, including the UK, France, and Germany.
  • Have experience supporting and working with PEO/EOR models.
  • Ability to actively protect confidential and sensitive information.
  • Capability to operate autonomously with a high level of discretion.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically and collaborate across multiple teams, levels, and situations.
  • Proven ability to drive results by adapting theories and best practices to maximize business impact.
  • Initiative, judgment, creativity, and technical knowledge to identify problems early and recommend solutions.
  • Advanced capability in developing employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional influencing skills.
  • Thorough understanding and practical application of HR principles, concepts, practices, and standards in a dynamic business environment.
