What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in bridging communication between business needs and technical teams. We are looking for an experienced BA that has worked in corporate environments, ideally with significant sized change teams and where possible across a variety of projects in areas including Technology (IT & Data), Propositional and Regulatory change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and elicit detailed requirements
• Strategically align solutions with business goals and project objectives.
• Convert epics/features into clear, actionable user stories.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Work within cross-functional teams.

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation.
• Proven ability to take a value-driven approach to projects, prioritising high-impact outcomes.
• Extensive experience creating user stories from epics/features.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
