Finance and Accounts Administrator

Job Title: Finance and Accounts Administrator Company: Pip Decks Location: UK-only Remote (Manchester/Stockport area) At Pip Decks, we are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Finance and Accounts Administrator to join our team. Working closely with our CFO, you will help ensure our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a part-time role, with the flexibility for non-linear hours that suit your lifestyle, with potential to go full-time depending on workload. Responsibilities include:

• Manage purchase orders for both stock and non-stock items
• Track and report on marketplace warehouse transfers
• Maintain cost price of stock in web store reporting
• Match invoices to purchase orders and validate stock deliveries
• Confirm invoices against purchase orders before payment
• Raise sales invoices
• Manage royalty tracking, reporting, and invoicing
• Administer staff/HR tasks including onboarding and offboarding, handling leave requests, etc
• Prepare weekly payment runs for CEO approval
• Manage supplier contracts and provide related reports
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Undertake additional bookkeeping duties as required

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with ecommerce / retail business models
• A highly organised and process-driven approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with cloud software
• Comfortable with remote working
• AAT certification or working towards it (desirable)
• Experience with Xero (desirable)

• Proactive with a strong ability to self-manage and take ownership of key tasks
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the company
• Comfortable working in a remote, async environment
