Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Green Electricity Solutions – Germany (Remote)

Piper Maddox is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for an innovative company transforming how medium-sized enterprises purchase and manage green electricity across Europe. Their cutting-edge platform enables businesses to access renewable energy directly, making sustainability more accessible and cost-effective.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving pipeline growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting up high-quality sales opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding their market presence and accelerating the adoption of renewable energy solutions.

The Role:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
  • Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Educate prospects on the company’s renewable energy solutions and value proposition.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends.

Background:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and book meetings in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience in renewable energy, sustainability, or electricity markets is a plus.
