About The Role On Revolut’s Market Making team, we work to obtain the best value we can in currency and securities trading. Our goal is to become the world’s leading market maker. To achieve this, we tackle the most challenging problems using cutting-edge quantitative research and advanced machine learning techniques. We’re looking for a next-level Senior Quant for our Market Making department who’ll help us develop and refine a fully automated trading system by conducting rigorous quantitative research and leveraging advanced mathematical and computational methods. If this challenge excites rather than scares you, you may just be the person we’re looking for. What You'll Be Doing

• Developing pricing and hedging models and algorithms to increase efficiency of market making
• Using quantitative techniques, including machine learning, to get deeper market insights
• Developing and testing intricate investment concepts, collaborating with traders and engineers to validate hypotheses
• Delivering measurable impact on our financial results through rigorous data-driven solutions

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in algorithmic trading and finance
• Excellent knowledge in mathematics, statistics, financial models, and trading algorithms
• Experience building machine learning models
• A degree in mathematics, machine learning, computer science, statistics, or engineering
• Experience working in a quant/algo team for professional financial services, such as a bank, broker, etc.

Nice to have

• Reinforcement learning knowledge
• Knowledge of NLP and LLMs
• A PhD with relevant research experience
