Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding and Training:
- Guide new customers through account setup and platform integration.
- Conduct training sessions on platform features and best practices.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Track key metrics like call volume and conversion rates.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Build strong partnerships through regular check-ins and tailored advice.
- Strategic Collaboration and Revenue Growth:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities.
- Support revenue initiatives through performance insights and customer feedback.
- Feedback Loop with Product Team:
- Gather and share customer feedback to influence platform updates.
- Communicate new features and enhancements to customers effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
