We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs, ensuring that talent acquisition strategies align with organizational objectives. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to build a diverse pipeline of candidates for both current and future openings. A key aspect of this position involves engaging with finalist candidates to understand their job acceptance criteria and leveraging this insight to enhance the interview and offer process.

Job Duties:

• You will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, including conducting recruitment briefings, sourcing candidates, managing ATS activities, screening applicants, gathering feedback, and preparing offers.
• You will coach hiring managers on the importance of delivering a positive candidate experience, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. This role also involves collaborating with other talent functions to enhance and integrate the broader talent management process.
• You will also educate managers on the implications of slow hiring on productivity, revenue, and hire quality, while providing guidance on how to accelerate the process.
• Regular communication with business and talent acquisition leadership will be essential, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of potential hiring challenges. Qualifications:

• · 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing passive talent, conducting phone screens, and developing offers.
• · Experience using an applicant tracking system daily
