  • Assist clients with booking corporate accommodations, flights, transportation, and exclusive experiences
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on business needs, budgets, and preferences
  • Research destinations, travel regulations, and package options to ensure seamless arrangements
  • Manage booking modifications, special requests, and customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, hotels, and service providers
  • Stay informed on industry trends, exclusive offerings, and corporate travel best practices
  • Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and client service skills

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Reliable access to a computer or smartphone with an internet connection
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in internet research, digital booking platforms, and travel coordination tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing tasks and client interactions
  • Ability to attend online training sessions
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus but not required
