Fully Remote Director of Finance: $160K - $165K

TGG is assisting a client seeking to add a Fully Remote Director of Finance to their established team.

The Director of Finance will be a strategic leader responsible for all accounting and financial operations. This role blends accounting management with financial strategy, reporting, and compliance. The Director will manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, month-end close, payroll, and vendor relationships, while also overseeing financial planning, cash flow management, and corporate compliance.

OverviewCorporate Finance

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy.
• Drive financial planning, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support business goals.
• Drive corporate finance activities, including cash management and equity management.
• Identify financial risks and provide recommendations for s improvement and growth.

Accounting:

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports.
• Oversee accounts payable (processing 30-40 invoices per week) and manage credit card transactions, ensuring timely reconciliations and payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on finance and accounting experience, including experience managing teams.
• Proven experience managing month-end close, financial reporting, and accounts payable functions.
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools, including QuickBooks, Paycor, and Salesforce.
