About the role
Tremendous is looking for a contract Talent Sourcer to support our growth across GTM, operations, and product/engineering roles. You’ll partner with the Lead Recruiter to source high-quality passive candidates and maintain a robust pipeline. We’re seeking someone with experience in a recruiting or sourcing role at a tech or startup company who is committed to a high standard of hiring.
This is a fully remote contract role, with a commitment of 10-20 hours per week.
You will
- Source passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple complex searches
- Partner with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and calibrate on sourcing strategy and ideal profile
- Coordinate initial interviews with the recruiting team or hiring manager
You have
- 4+ years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- Experience sourcing across a variety of sales, marketing, operations, and technical roles
- Proficiency with recruiting software and tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong empathy for the candidate experience.
