8-10 years experience Support requirement workshops, help define the problem statement, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, implement deployment plan, and support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of end client. Skills needed 1. sap 2. ECC 3. HCM Payroll experience to be current and within the last 2yrs for AU. Experience in SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration and Organization Management mandatory. Experience of STP Payroll and in Australian legislation SAP HR and Success Factors Talent Modules . Performance and Goals Compensation Learning
