About the Role:Job Title: Healthcare Project Manager

Day-to-Day:

Ascendion is looking for a Healthcare Project Manager for an established healthcare company in the Tampa, FL area. This individual will be part of overseeing web, text and email campaigns and managing the regulatory submission process of member portal app submissions throughout the year. One web page could need 30 different regulatory submissions for different plans, therefore, having a healthcare payer background is essential here. They will submit content, manage the entire approval process, submit it, follow up, facilitate approvals, which can become very complex with the different states/plans. Secondly, they will be helping with Medicare AEP projects kick starting on Oct 1. Overall, they will manage the project end-to-end, manage the project plan, status meeting, status slides, represent team and findings on meeting, etc.

Must Haves:

• 6 + years of an experience as a Healthcare Project Manager
• 5 + years of experience managing a project or program during an annual enrollment program (AEP)
• 5 + years of experience managing regulatory submission process for healthcare enterprise.
• 5 + years of experience leading and managing all aspects of multiple projects at a time
• GREAT PERSONALITY - HIGH ENERGY - GOOD COMMUNICATION.

Nice to Have:

• PMP Certification
• Experience within web/digital
• Some technical

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 – $110,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
