Marketing Project Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing project manager with 4 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a well-established education organization. 100% remote EST. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive oversight of marketing tasks and projects, ensuring stakeholders are informed of deadlines and milestones.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring tasks (like content review and approval) and deliverables are completed on time.
• Create and maintain project management calendars, along with tracking and reporting system.
• Coordinate cross-functional team workloads with project leads to ensure alignment on marketing projects.
• Provide regular updates and manage team expectations about schedules and changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency working with Slack, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana or Jira a plus.
• Strong organization, time management, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail, and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Attention to detail in all regards, and the ability to identify gaps or risks in project workflows.
• Clear presentation of project schedules, issues, risks, and requirements to team members.

Experience:

• 4-6 years experience in a Marketing Project Manager role

Employment Type: Ongoing contract

Compensation: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
