This individual is smart and capable with strong program management, product, organizational skills. The candidate must possess strong executive presence and know how to represent their work clearly and professionally. Candidates will have experience working across various products/departments to effectively manage the digital product roadmap and relevant release cycles for part of our clients Digital Product department. Core areas of focus are prioritization, roadmap management, identifying dependencies across teams, working hand-in-hand with the product teams and becoming intimately involved in the digital product and software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the roadmap for designated Digital Product team(s). You will be working across the product, UX, and engineering teams, as well as several shared services teams. This individual will ensure the successful identification, decomposition, prioritization, and delivery of all work across the team.

Day-to-Day

• Collaborate with the Digital Product Operations team on intake process and prioritization management
• Manage digital product roadmap and ensure project priorities are clear for the digital team
• Coordinate with product, UX, content and engineering for the execution of software development projects.
• Work in collaboration with other agile leaders to ensure that appropriate resources and processes are put in place and maintained in support of the product roadmap.
• Ensure that projects are launched according to the published schedule and proactively communicate appropriately any changes.
• Define project timelines and objectives, and keep stakeholders appraised of progress and roadblocks
• Understand scope changes to ensure projects can be delivered according to the expected timeframe or mitigate risk/ issues and manage expectations with the delivery timeline.
• Manage program budget and communicate any changes to necessary parties
• Have deep knowledge of a portfolio process
• Ensure projects impacts are communicated with various stakeholders and team members to ensure training or sales artifacts are completed and circulated timely.
• Coordinate and orchestrate meetings between impacted areas.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated history of managing the product roadmap from inception to implementation.
• Successfully implemented process improvement for project delivery team
• Experience with Agile development methodologies & tools
• Entrepreneurial spirit + the ability to deliver and thrive in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable and effective working across multiple business units, including Product, Engineering and Delivery teams
• Analytical, organized, and an independent problem-solver
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail
• Experience with software tracking tools, such as Jira, etc.
• BA in Business Administration or related field required
