We are looking for a scheduler to join our locums division, where they will play a critical client-facing role as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal team. The scheduler will manage and build comprehensive schedules for locum tenens staff, ensuring alignment with client needs and priorities. They will also handle time-off requests, collaborate with the client and credentialing teams, and assist in identifying coverage gaps that may require permanent or PRN hires. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure effective shift management and accurate reporting.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of US Healthcare Staffing experience within a client facing role
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Staffing required
- Assignment management experience preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication, facilitation, mediation, and organization skills
- Experience working in highly targeted fast paced environments, ideally within a fast growth staffing or start up organization
- Strong ability to collaborate within a team
