Your Role And Responsibilities As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex classes, OmniScript, and integration procedures Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements;
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce Industries platform, including catalog management and product creation;
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members;
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience in Salesforce Industries development;
• Strong knowledge of Apex classes, OmniScript, and integration procedures;
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in solution design and architecture;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
• Complete undergraduate course;
• Mandatory: prior experience in implementing projects in the Telecommunications (Telco) industry;

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Desirable: knowledge of product catalog management;
• Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting tools;
• Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices;
• Strong understanding of IT service management and ITIL framework.
