Lead Product Manager | Up to £100k | Fully Remote within Europe | Social Networking

Maze has been engaged by a rapidly scaling subscription platform who are seeking a hands-on Lead Product Manager to define the product roadmap, streamline development, and enhance user experience.

As Lead Product Manager, you will be joining as the first Product hire, and will collaborate with the CEO, CTO & Head of Growth as you drive the implementation of the product roadmap from scratch.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive product strategy and execution
• Improve workflows and team efficiency
• Lead user research and testing
• Collaborate across teams to align vision
• Use data to inform decisions and iterate

What You Bring:

• Strong, demonstrable experience in building product roadmap from scratch within a fast-scaling tech company is essential.
• Data Analysis - ability to understand data metrics and use them for product decisions.
• Amazing Communication Skills - ability to collaborate with multiple teams such as Development, Design, Operations, Growth and Marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking & execution skills
• User-focused, data-driven, and process-oriented
• Tech-savvy - able to understand and communicate with technically minded people to translate product needs.
