If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Inizio Engage is building a team of Remote Account Specialist, on behalf of our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company. The Remote Account Specialist (VKAM) will be a crucial part of the customer engagement strategy, working alongside the field-based Key Account Managers (KAMs) to enhance customer interactions and optimise sales performance. The Remote Account Specialist will focus on engaging with primary care customers remotely via phone and virtual meetings, ensuring seamless access and appointment generation. This role is designed to support the field team while also conducting initial conversations with customers to create an integrated and optimized customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive Competitive Sales Growth: Identify and prioritize high-potential customers (HCPs and stakeholders) through data analysis and insight generation. Support sales performance by initiating remote engagement and fostering positive customer experiences. Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand positioning and product awareness. 2. Engage and Build Relationships: Conduct value-based conversations remotely to understand customer needs, challenges, and decision drivers. Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys, reflecting their preferences and leveraging digital content. Establish and maintain effective relationships with key opinion leaders and medical influencers in primary care. 3. Support Field Team with Access and Appointment Generation: Proactively generate appointments for the field team with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Assist in removing barriers to customer access by leveraging remote engagement tools. Act as a bridge between virtual and field-based interactions to ensure a seamless customer journey. 4. Develop Deep Customer Insights and Understanding: Gather and analyse customer insights to uncover key business opportunities. Follow up on customer feedback to tailor engagement strategies and enhance value creation. Share insights with internal stakeholders to refine product messaging and customer engagement plans. 5. Deliver Value to Customers and Patients: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet customer and patient needs. Act as a trusted partner, understanding the business environment and providing value-driven solutions. Ensure a customer-centric approach by focusing on relationship-building beyond clinical differentiation. 6. Compliance and Ethical Conduct: Act with integrity and transparency, adhering to ethical and compliance guidelines. Uphold the company's Code of Ethics, Values, and behaviors in all interactions. Address ethical dilemmas appropriately and speak up when issues arise. Minimum Requirements: Work Experience: * Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical sales or a related business. * Established network within primary care is desirable. * Familiarity with remote engagement and virtual sales techniques.
