Influx Search are again partnered with one of the UV Disinfection industry’s market leaders. Their mission is to use science to uphold the integrity of nature by shielding individuals and procedures from dangerous contamination.
As part of their expansion, we’re looking for an Eastern EuropeRegional Sales Manager to develop business opportunities and strengthen relationships with distributors and key stakeholders across the region.
What’s the job?
We need a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with experience in capital equipment sales and water treatment processes. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing distributor relationships and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth across EEUMEA.
- Building strong relationships with distributors and sales agents to ensure performance and market penetration.
- Providing technical sales support and product knowledge to distributors and key customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and industry trends within water treatment, pharma, power & energy and other sectors.
- Attending trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to engage with potential customers.
- Monitoring market conditions, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimise sales strategy.

What do we need from you?
- A university degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience selling capital equipment to industrial and municipal organisations.
- Understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes.
- Proven experience managing distributor networks and working independently.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
