Are you ready to take on the role of Sales Executive and make a significant impact on revenue growth in the shipbuilding sector within the EMEA region? Join SSI EMEA as a dedicated full-time Sales Executive and be part of their dynamic team. In this responsible role, you will closely collaborate with a high-performing sales team and the Managing Director. Your main tasks include building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with potential clients to ensure SSI’s products and services meet their needs. This role is a new position in which you can really build and develop your own client portfolio in a region full of potential. You work independently in a responsible, entrepreneurial role with a lot of freedom and the opportunity to work remote.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Understanding client goals and building strong relationships within the shipbuilding sector.
  • Sales Strategy and Implementation: Optimizing growth strategies and implementing a new sales structure. You are in charge of developing and executing a region-specific sales plan;
  • Direct and Indirect Sales: Prioritizing key clients and supporting regional resellers.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Customizing presentations and creating detailed proposals.
  • Business Process Assessment and Reporting: Conducting business process assessments and regular reporting.

Profile

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives on achieving targets and contributing to the organization's success. You are driven, self-motivated and passionate about pursuing and winning sales opportunities. You thrive in independent positions and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Moreover you fulfill the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's (HBO or WO) degree in business or a related field;
  • Relevant commercial work experience;
  • Knowledge of or experience in the shipbuilding industry;
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the EMEA region;
  • Fluent in English, preferably also in Dutch;
  • Excellent communication skills.
