The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Architectural Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. This remote opportunity offers an exciting chance to contribute to groundbreaking projects from anywhere in the UK, Spain, and Italy. For this position, we are seeking an architectural assistant to focus on producing drawing packages, 3D models, and renderings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings
• Create immersive virtual walkthroughs and animations
• Contribute to conceptual design development using 3D tools
• Collaborate with the design team to visualize architectural concepts
• Ensure rendering quality meets client expectations
• Produce and revise 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD
• Assist in the preparation of planning and building regulation submissions
• Create detailed construction drawings and documentation
• Support senior architects in design development and project coordination
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing visual support
• Conduct site visits and surveys as needed
• Assist in the preparation of design reports and presentations
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled individual with:

- A degree in Architecture or related field

- Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering for architectural projects

- Expert proficiency in Rhino 3D and V-Ray

- Strong skills in AutoCAD for 2D drawing and design

- Ability to create stunning visualizations that communicate design intent

- Excellent time management and communication skills

Desired skills:

- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a plus

- Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
